One keystone window for a snap-in RJ11 or RJ45 module, on standard device screw spacing.
Oversized on purpose — covers the paint outline and drywall marks the old plate left behind.
Openings and screw positions stay in standard spec, so it still fits a standard box.

Materials & Specifications
- Material
- matte, non-reflective surface; six equidistant flutes stay sharp and legible across all 13 finishes
- Screws
- standard #6-32 wall plate screws; head countersunk 1.7 mm to sit flush — no exposed fasteners
How to Use
Cut the power
Turn off the circuit breaker for the switch or outlet you are replacing. Confirm dead with a non-contact voltage tester before touching any wires.
Remove the old plate
Unscrew the existing cover plate (usually one or two screws). Set the old plate and screws aside — you won't need them.
Seat the new plate
Position the Cavetto plate over the device. The opening should sit cleanly over the toggle slot, rocker face, or outlet slots. No trimming or adjustment needed.
Drive the screws
Use the original wall plate screws (#6-32). Tighten finger-snug, then one quarter-turn with a screwdriver. The countersink is designed for a flush, flat finish — do not overtighten.
Restore power
Turn the circuit breaker back on. The plate is complete — no painting, priming, or finishing required.
Pro Tip
If the plate rocks slightly, the device itself may be crooked in the box. Loosen the device's mounting screws, straighten by eye, and retighten before seating the plate.
