Made to order in matte PETG — heat-resistant, dimensionally stable, and designed to the exact ANSI mounting datum for your switch type. Deliberately thicker than stamped steel: 3.5 mm reads like architectural molding. At 1.5 mm it would look like a sticker.

PETG's matte finish scatters light rather than reflecting it. No hotspot under recessed lighting or direct sun — the plate disappears into the wall.
Holds shape to 80 °C (176 °F) and resists humidity — safe near dimmers that run warm, in kitchens, and in bathrooms. Slightly flexible, so it won't crack if a wall flexes.
Screw holes placed to ANSI/NEMA WD 6 datum within 0.001 mm. Silhouettes algorithmically derived, not hand-drawn. A stamped plate from a big-box store cannot say that.
