By visiting cavettohouse.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; the current version will always be available on this page.

Products

All Cavetto House wall plates are fabricated to order using PETG filament on professional precision printers. Because each piece is produced individually, minor variations in color and surface texture are inherent to the process and not considered defects.

Product images are representative. Actual color may vary slightly depending on your screen calibration and ambient lighting.

We reserve the right to discontinue finishes or styles at any time.

Pricing & payment

All prices are in US dollars. We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, and other payment methods available at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Shopify. We do not store payment information.

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of order confirmation is the price you pay.

Shipping

Orders are shipped to US addresses. Processing time is typically 3–5 business days as pieces are printed after your order is placed. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

Returns & refunds

Because each plate is fabricated to your specifications, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused and in original condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective or we made an error.

To initiate a return, email hello@cavettohouse.com with your order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.

Items damaged in transit should be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace damaged items at no charge.

Limitation of liability

Cavetto House shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

Intellectual property

All designs, photographs, and text on this site are the property of Cavetto House. You may not reproduce or use them without written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Virginia.
